The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has mandated the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for Fiscal year 2024, to promote transparent and sustainable business practices. The BRSR framework includes ESG reporting parameters and a reporting format with three sections: general disclosures, management and process disclosures, and principle-wise performance disclosures
